The calendar fills through November. The Dubai Fitness Challenge runs into the first days of it, the desert camping season is at full strength, the outdoor markets open every weekend, and the motor racing season closes at Yas Marina in Abu Dhabi at the turn of November 2030 into December.
Leave in November 2030 is held back by most people rather than taken, because December carries two public holidays and the school winter break. The result is full staffing in the month with the most usable weather of the year, an arrangement almost nobody would choose if the holidays were spread differently.
November 2030 runs to 30 days, eleven months into a year of 365. One month remains, and it carries the only two-day holiday fixed to a date on the UAE calendar, the shortest daylight of the year at about 10 hours 20 minutes, and in one of these five years the second Ramadan of the same twelve months.
