What makes a report easy to act on

For anything that is not working, the browser and the device matter more than anything else you can tell us — "Safari on an iPhone", "Chrome on a Windows laptop", "Firefox on a Mac". Alarms, timers and stopwatches depend heavily on behaviour that differs between browsers, so that single detail often identifies the problem on its own. Add the address of the exact page and what you expected to happen instead, and there is usually enough to work with.

For a date correction, please include the date, the year it applies to and, where possible, a reference to the official announcement you are working from. UAE public holidays are set by Cabinet resolution and the lunar ones are confirmed close to the day, so the year matters as much as the date itself.

Before reporting an alarm that did not ring

By a wide margin the most common report is an alarm that failed to sound, and in almost every case the cause is one of a handful of things: the tab was closed or the browser was quit, the device slept or locked its screen, the volume was down, the tab was muted, or do not disturb was on. None of these can be overridden by a web page. If none of them applies, the report is genuinely useful and worth sending.
